Sales and Marketing Support Manager
VeriCor, a leading innovator in mobile medical solutions for emergency and disaster response, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Support Manager. This role will be integral in executing marketing strategies, supporting the sales team, and driving customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and interpret data to inform the development of effective marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate in creating compelling marketing content and materials that align with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Support the sales team by managing leads, providing necessary resources, and facilitating customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
- Assist in the planning and executing industry conferences and trade shows, representing the VeriCor brand professionally.
- Maintain and utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track campaign performance and manage customer interactions.
- Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance lead generation and customer loyalty.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing and sales activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop engaging narratives that effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software.
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
