You’ll be a crucial part of the entire product lifecycle, from our emergency medical products’ precise assembly and quality assurance to providing valuable technical insights and collaborating on developing our next-generation Response-Friendly™ solutions. What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the meticulous assembly and packaging of emergency medical products, adhering to strict quality standards and work instructions.
- Efficiently prepare and manage shipments of finished goods to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product development, providing valuable technical feedback and support to enhance our products.
- Develop and maintain bills of material and work instructions to ensure efficient and consistent production processes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee that all products meet our specifications and performance standards.
- Utilize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system effectively for relevant tasks, inventory management, and data accuracy.
- Engage with colleagues and customers to gather valuable feedback, contributing directly to the innovation and development of our next-generation Response-Friendly™ products.
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience working with emergency medical products and a solid understanding of their critical functionality.
- Outstanding manual dexterity and strong spatial reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and Microsoft Excel; comfort and adaptability with new software systems.
- Physical capability to perform required tasks, including routine lifting of up to 20 lbs and occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs.
- A proactive and eager approach to learning new skills and a genuine desire for professional growth within our organization.

- Practical “handyman” skills with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and repair.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and information sharing.
