1. Inventory all items noting

   • Quantities
   • Expiration Dates
   • Storage Parameters
2. Remove all items that are expired, recalled, or damaged
3. Perform a gap analysis to:
   • Detect missing or incorrect quantities components
   • Detect incompatible equipment and supplies
4. Acquire missing equipment and supplies
5. Package all items into a Response-Friendly™ system
6. Produce a Smart Book™ containing:
   • System photographs
   • Inventory data
   • Material Safety Data Sheets
   • Trailer load plans and load process pictures (if applicable)
