Response Friendly

VeriCor Response-Friendly™ systems perform the way logisticians and health care providers would like them to – a striking difference from the average response system. We have seen and experienced the normal response system – slow deployment, confusion, needless waiting, missing supplies, disorganization, incomplete kits, compromised care, and incorrect quantities.

Response-Friendly™ systems remove incident chaos by offering:
  • Organized storage set-up for fast and efficient deployment
  • Correct quantities of equipment
  • Comprehensive labeling of trailers, cases, and drawers
  • A fully documented inventory (both a hard copy and digitally) in a SmartBook™ - providing a quick reference to all items in your system

Response-Friendly™ systems benefit:

  • Directors and managers with medical response systems that truly satisfy the needed response times.
  • Logisticians with a SmartBook™ providing a detailed system inventory list and associated data required for storage, maintenance, rotation and deployment.
  • Care providers with a meticulously organized system that results in a fast, efficient and appropriate patient treatment…minimizing frustration and stress.
The SmartBook™ The Smart Book
  • Case photographs for easy recognition during training, operations, and repackaging
  • A Spreadsheet formatted inventory listing all critical data required for storage and maintenance
    • Sortable for you to find what you are looking for quickly
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  • Digital version of all data

Flow-Integration™ Design Process

Vericor FlowVeriCor Response-Friendly™ systems are a result of VeriCor’s Flow-Integration™ design process. This exclusive design process takes into account and evaluates all phases of flow for equipment and supplies, staff and patients, as well as trailers and transportation. VeriCor works with our customers to define the capabilities that best suit their response plan, using algorithms to produce a complete list of medical and non-medical equipment to satisfy the desired capabilities. Proprietary software developed by VeriCor computes the quantity of each item by incorporating demand planning factors including operational procedures, standards of care, consumption rates, period of operations, and demographics.
